The information collected -
We collect personal information that you freely give to us in our contact form, subscription form or when purchasing from us.
This personal information ranges from name, email address, phone number, mailing / delivery address and contact preferences.
Payment information is collected via our payment partner, Stripe. This information includes name, address, bank details and any other details needed to process payment. We use cookies, Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel and Squarespace Analytics tracking technology. Information on the use of cookies can be found in our cookies page.

How long do you keep my information -
We only store users information for as long as in necessary to fulfil our business purposes.
We maintain your information for 6 years in order to provide sufficient aftercare for our products. At the point the information is no longer required to carry out our service we will delete or otherwise anonymise the information. We will ask customers if they wish to be maintained on our records for the purpose of providing provenience to a piece.
How we keep your information safe -
We aim to keep you information as safe as possible. Your personal information will only ever be stored in digital form with password encryption. We will never write your information down except for the purpose of mailing post or sending items to you. This information written down will only be that necessary to carry out the task and no more.
As with any technology we can not guarantee is is one hundred percent secure however we take all necessary precautions to make sure we are trying our utmost to keep your information safe. This includes locking all devices with a password, using only verified and certified modes of information transmission and maintaining up-to-date anti virus software. If we do experience a data breach we will inform you.
Children under 18 -
We do not knowingly sell to, market to or otherwise interact with any persons under the age of 18 (a minor). If you know of a minor who you are a guardian of who has used our service or given us information please let us know so that we may delete that information as soon as possible.
