FAQs

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. If you would like a piece delivered abroad please get in touch using the contact form so we can discuss delivery options and costs. Import duties and taxes are the client’s responsibility. Depending on the country there will be different import taxes and laws. I will try to help you as much as possible to make it as easy as possible to import the piece.

Do you design everything yourself?

Yes. All of the designs in my collection are my own unless I say so in the design description. Occasionally I collaborate with other practitioners and in those instances I’ll be sure to credit them on their work.

White glove delivery and installation.

We provide a white glove delivery service where we will hand deliver your piece to you, unbox and set up the piece where it is needed. This service can include the installation of frames and mirrors, which will need hanging, therefore there are different cost tiers. If you would like this service please enquire before purchasing as the delivery charge on the site is for standard delivery. We will give you an exact costing for the service before you purchase.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

It depends. Lead times will can be found in the description of each item. Lead times are different for each item as each design varies in complexity and work. If you have specific requirements or timeframes to meet, please use the contact form above before purchasing to discuss your specific needs.

Do you make everything yourself?

Yes. I’m a designer and a maker, so producing everything myself is part of the process. There are times when I have help from other makers who are better suited for a specific task, like glass and wood work, but I will work on a project from initial design to final finishes.

Can I have a design altered or have something entirely bespoke?

Yes. I am able to change my current designs in the shop or start from scratch from a brief and create something entirely new for you. If that’s of interest to you, please check out the bespoke services page and look through the information there to get a sense of what is required. Then get in touch and we can start the process.

Can I get you to customise a design in your collection?

Definitely. I have had clients who loved a particular design but wanted a different colour finish. Whether you want a different colour, finish, size or any other change, just let me know. Changes to designs will be reflected in changes in price and possibly the lead time, but I’ll be completely upfront with this when we speak so you can decide whether it’s the right choice for you.

Can I get more information before buying?

Of course. If you would like more information on the designs, the process, would like to see more images or anything else, do just ask.
